This time exactly 5 years ago, I was surrounded by packing boxes, because I was in the middle of moving house. I’d just quit my stressful job, taking voluntary redundancy rather than continue working punishing hours and all through the weekends. Fast forward five years, and I’ve had five books published, and been a bestseller in the UK, USA, Canada and Australia. Five years ago, I wouldn’t have believed it if someone had told me what I’d achieve, despite my most fervent hopes. This isn’t a boasting post, I want to inspire.
